Terms and Service
1. Service Scope Appendix Media™ provides digital marketing, graphic design, and ad placement services. For "National Reach" services, our role is strictly limited to the formatting and technical upload of advertisements to third-party platforms.
2. No Brokerage or Agency Appendix Media™ is not a livestock broker, sales agent, or legal representative. We do not participate in sales negotiations, buyer vetting, or the coordination of trials, transport, or viewings.
3. Accuracy of Information All information regarding an animal’s pedigree, health, soundness, temperament, and performance is provided by the Seller. Appendix Media™ has not verified this information and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its accuracy.
4. Liability The Seller assumes all responsibility for the final transaction and the welfare of the animal. Appendix Media™ is not liable for any disputes, injuries, or financial losses resulting from the sale or use of the marketed animal.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the Appendix Media™ website (the "Site") or engaging our marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in the State of Connecticut. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Scope of Services Appendix Media provides marketing consulting, digital asset setup (e.g., Wix website builds), and social media strategy. Specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement for each client.
3. Payment Terms

Invoicing: Payments for one-time services are billed via electronic invoice.

Deposits: For projects exceeding $500, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work commences.

Late Fees: In accordance with Connecticut business standards, invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Total Price Disclosure: All advertised prices include all mandatory fees, excluding applicable sales tax, per 2026 Connecticut consumer protection laws.
4. Intellectual Property

Client Content: You retain all rights to any materials, logos, or data you provide to us.

Work Product: Upon final payment, Appendix Media™ grants the Client a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables (e.g., website design, social graphics) for their intended business purpose.

Agency Rights: Appendix Media™ retains the right to use non-confidential snippets of the work in our professional portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellations and Refunds

Service Termination: Either party may terminate a project with 7 days' written notice.

Refunds: Due to the nature of creative services, payments for completed work or milestone stages are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability Appendix Media™ provides professional marketing advice and technical setup. However, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, search engine rankings, or sales targets. Appendix Media™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your County], CT.
8. Changes to Terms Appendix Media™ reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
Creative Assets & Photography
1.Content Provided by Client Appendix Media™ is a layout and branding agency. All creative assets—including but not limited to photography, video, and logos—must be provided by the Client in high-resolution, digital format.
2.Photo Editing Limitation Appendix Media™ provides professional digital arrangement and layout services only. We do not provide professional photo restoration, advanced retouching, color grading, or complex image manipulation (such as "Photoshopping" objects or individuals in or out of a frame).
3.Image Quality Disclaimer While we utilize industry-standard tools to ensure the best possible presentation of your assets, Appendix Media™ is not responsible for the final visual quality of marketing materials if the original assets provided by the Client are low-resolution, blurry, or improperly lit.
