Appendix Media™ Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 4, 2026

1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing, creative services, and technical consulting, Appendix Media™ does not offer refunds once work has commenced. All payments made are for the time, labor, and expertise involved in the project.

2. No Guarantee of Results
Marketing is a collaborative process subject to external variables (e.g., search engine algorithms, market trends). While we use industry-standard best practices, Appendix Media™ does not guarantee specific financial results, follower growth, or sales conversions. Consequently, refunds will not be issued based on a "lack of results".

3. Project Deposits
For projects totaling over $500, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on our production calendar. This deposit covers initial research, discovery sessions, and project planning.

4. Cancellation & "Kill Fees"

Before Commencement: If a client cancels a project before work has officially begun, a full refund (minus a 5% administrative processing fee) will be issued.

During Project: If a project is canceled after work has started but before completion, the client is responsible for paying for all hours worked up to the date of cancellation. We will provide an itemized invoice, and any remaining balance from a pre-paid deposit will be refunded within 14 business days.

5. Completed Deliverables
Once a final deliverable (e.g., a Wix website launch, a completed social media audit, or a marketing strategy document) has been delivered and approved by the client, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services.
